CLIMATE CHANGE AGREEMENT REPORTING
Under PPC licence regulations which now includes Energy Intensive sectors, many organisations are required to enter into an agreement to reduce their Greenhouse Gas emissions to agreed year on year levels. These agreements require the periodic reporting of past performance to the Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs in order for the continued 80% relief on Climate Change Levy tax.
